The WCDC2021 was about showcasing what’s working in community development by through the theme: Community Development: Our connectedness, Resilience and Empowerment. It is this nexus between community development as the glue that holds and nurtures communities together within a context of many transformation forces of community empowerment in a turbulent world that this conference sought to explore and equally celebrate.
