DescriptionWith the rapid development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technologies such as knowledge intelligence engineering are becoming a new focus of international competition and a new engine of economic development, yet the application of artificial intelligence technologies in agriculture lags far behind other industries. Knowledge intelligence engineering is a means of applying the principles and methods of artificial intelligence to provide solutions to those application problems that require expert knowledge to solve. In recent years, international agricultural knowledge engineering has integrated advanced information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, and the service forms are mainly manifested as data services for the whole life cycle of agricultural products, visualization and diagnosis, intelligent decision-making (e.g., precision fertilization) and precision services for agricultural production and management. In recent years, several large-scale knowledge service networked platforms have been built in China, which are specifically used to collect, transmit and preserve digital research results in the agricultural field, disseminate agricultural knowledge and provide agricultural information services and value-added services for agricultural production operators. However, there are still problems such as unbalanced knowledge supply and demand, large regional differences, poor information service channels and insufficient application of modern information service technologies in China's agricultural knowledge services as a whole. Through the 2023 CCF Forum on Agricultural Knowledge Engineering organized by the Digital Agriculture Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF), it will strongly serve the members of CCF, especially Digital Agriculture Committee, enhance the influence of CCF Digital Agriculture Committee, and promote the improvement of China's digital agriculture research level.
