What?- I continued to perform an analysis of COM120 SES over multiple sessions.
So what? - This provided me with an overview of the subject which helped me to reflect on what when right and what went wrong. I learn't from this overview that COM120 is going well. Just in terms of SES scores it is consistently (since 2018) within the top 5 subjects in the school (in each session if is offered, in offerings with over 10 respondents).
Now what? - Given how well it is going - I have to try to walk the line between improving the subject further, whilst resisting changes that might make it worse. I will try to be a little more confident about the direction I have taken the subject given these scores.
