Description
In this Big-Data science and computational innovation era, advanced level analysis and modelling strategies are essential to understanding the individual activities which occur within very complex behavioural, socioeconomicand ecological systems. However, the scales at which models can be developed, and the subsequent problems they can inform, are often limited by our inability or challenges to effectively understand data that mimic interactions at the finest spatial, temporal, or organizational resolutions. The aim of this workshop is to bring together those working in the data science field as a broad including data
mining, visualisation, computing and data scientists, to discuss the latest methods, challenges and opportunities, learn from examples in different areas and different groups and establish connections.
The workshop will consist of several sessions staring with a short introduction to the area followed by contributions covering new developments in the field and a discussion of future directions.
