The presentation was titled ‘Putting the Customer at the Heart of the Service Encounter’ and was delivered at the Bathurst BizMonth (Bathurst). Following that, and based on community interest, the presentation was also delivered in Young, Parkes, Cowra, and Lithgow. These presentations were done between September-October, 2019.
