One page summary of research findings comparing the perspectives of Disability support services and Carers of people living with a disability, about how people choose which support service to patronise. This would support with the development of marketing skills within in the sector.Boosting the local Care workforce (BLCW) disseminated this across the BLCW team (25 regional coordinators around Australia), both for their information and for sharing with the disability provider and stakeholder market. They stated "Marketing knowledge and skills are are new area of required expertise within the disability sector and your research provides valuable information to help providers understand and respond to the carers perception of what makes a good worker and organisation"
