Description

Women and Children's Health Network, Child and Family Health Service, ran a series of eight Collabrative Care Workshops to introduce state wide changes in CaFHS Model of Care. I was invited as a child health expert to introduce the importance of the role of Child and Family Health Nurses in the lives of South Australian families.
