Designing assessment with explicit use of GenAI

Description

Generative AI has advanced in its functionality and it is important for our future physiotherapists to understand this technology and the potential for using it ethically and safely to support them and their patients in future practice. GenAI can be used to improve practice efficiencies and we are only just beginning to understand the potential capabilities for current and future practice. I developed and designed an assessment tasks which incorporates students using and analysing a GenAI output, which aligned with the LO's of the subject. This will provide the students with critical learning about the use, challenges and risks of Generative AI in physiotherapy practice.
