Description

I worked closely with schools to ensure quality WIL experiences were provided for all students. This included working with James Fallon HS and the remaining four public high schools across EPT241, EPT329 and EPT443 to ensure students were prepared for placement ahead of the start date and were supported during the placement period. Highly trained ULOs were folded in to ensure continuity of support.
I am included in a program that will run through 2022 that explores not only the pre-service teacher placement experience but the development of early career teachers in the first five years of their teaching. I will work with the SOE leadership team to engage in research with a plan to publish a quality paper.
