A  community event to share knowledge and learn about river and wetland monitoring and research in the Edward/Kolety-Wakool river system.

Welcome to Country around campfire at 11:00 am
Look at water bugs and fish larvae under a microscope
Demonstration of drones used to assess riverbanks and vegetation
DPI Fisheries monitoring and research display
Learn about turtle monitoring and conservation
Meet scientists and Kolety Werkul Rangers involved in river monitoring
Learn about Ramsar wetlands and environmental water
Hands-on water quality activity, and more!

Free entry and Free BBQ lunch and afternoon tea provided.
