Description

This was a public review of issues and themes addressed by Wendy Sharpe, Bernard Ollis and other travelling artists through the exhibition "Elsewhere", critically reviewing the 40th anniversary of Edward Said's book "Orientalism" (1978) through practice-led research and curatorial theory.
This public seminar, ‘Art after Orientalism’, was presented by Dr Sam Bowker (exhibition curator) from 1pm to 2pm on Thursday 30 August in the lecture theatre beside the HR Gallop Gallery at CSU, Wagga Wagga campus.
