General practice nurses play a pivotal role in chronic disease and lifestyle risk reduction and are leading Australia’s primary health care, preventive and chronic disease agenda. You are invited to participate in a study that seeks to understand how general practice nurses in rural Australia support patients to make lifestyle changes related to smoking, nutrition, alcohol and physical activity (SNAP).
