Description
Charles Sturt University is collaborating with Mater Dei Catholic College to deliver a Girls in STEM High Tea Program, which has been designed to encourage participation by Years 9-10 girls in STEM subjects and subsequent careers I was invited to be a female panel of experts in STEM careers where each panellist will give an introduction and overview of their careers, with an opportunity for questions from the students. The program will also include a session where students will work in groups of 5 to complete a STEM-related challenge (more information here) where mentors will be working closely with a team, offering support and guidance.
