Dear Alison,This was a recorded guest lecture for the Centre of Australian Studies at the University of Cologne (UoC), not a conference presentation. We have an MoU with UoC (please find attached).
It was an oral invitation by Dr. Anna Gosebrink from UoC (cc’d) on the same day we gave another in-person guest lecture in the morning which was the result of an earlier oral invitation by Prof. Dany Adone (cc’d), also from UoC.
Will these guest lectures need an invitation letter from Dany/Anna retrospectively, or is confirmation via email enough?
