When conducting human research, you should constantly strive to enhance the quality, scale and impact of your research by promoting research integrity and ethical research initiatives.
This module outlines the expectations of you as a researcher in respect to human research participants under the principles of the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (the Code) and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (the National Statement).
This course will also explain the responsibilities of our organisation and our Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) in assisting you to protect the privacy, safety and wellbeing of human research participants. This course is divided into five units:
