Instructional design _ two subjects_2022 from March to July

Developed material forTwo subjects (Managing Change and managing People at work) approved by TEQSA as new subjects introduced by Kaplan Business School (KBS). Instructional design includes with subject outline, assessments with their marking rubrics, reference list in each week along with weekly .ppt decks for 12 teaching weeks for the trimester for each subject.

This academic activity enhanced my teaching and learning practice including updating and upgrading of subject matter enabling to view them critically from different perspectives while learning to benchmark with the best practices in the industry. That has immense impact in my teaching scholarship.

In developing these subjects, I utilised research findings, wider reading and research informed in my teaching practice i.e. enhanced the quality of teaching with evidence based industry examples and exposure which reflects in excellent student feedback for all my subjects I teach in addition to receiving the ‘Teaching Excellence Award’ for MGT510 by CSU.
