Description

We took on the roles of medical team leaders and were in charge of coordinating approximately 100 paramedicine students from Charles Sturt University who volunteered in the medical tent and throughout the event course. In our capacity as medical team leaders, we had the responsibility of supervising and guiding around 100 paramedicine students who generously volunteered their time to assist in the medical tent and throughout the event course. This involved planning and coordinating their activities to ensure effective support for the event participants and the broader community.
