Charles Sturt University is committed to supporting and encouraging women to develop their leadership capabilities, networks and to strive for aspirational career goals. Through the University's Leadership Development for Women Program, Leadership Development for Women Committee and the Workplace Gender Equity Strategy support, guidance and opportunity is provided for women to improve their career status and have access to more avenues to build and leverage their skills, knowledge and experience.
