The total development is to comprise the refurbishment of the existing Library to
Cherrybrook Technology High School.
The Consultant shall provide Design Advise Services for the development of the Design Brief and review of alternate proposals provided by the Project Architect. The services shall include but not be limited to the following;
a) Review of documentation provided.
b) Inspection of the existing Library
c) Liaison and co-ordination of the design development with other consultants throughout the entire project, which when constructed will be fit for their intended purpose.
d) Provide advice throughout design development on issues relating to value engineering options.
e) Attendance at design meetings.
f) Review and provide further information in respect of any request for information (RFI’s) submitted by the Client or the Client’s Representative.
