Activity: Supervision/Examination/MentoringMentor or Internship SupervisionAcademic

Description

During the placement, Ghassani’s role will focus on capturing research outcomes from approved investigations according to key areas of the Education Strategy. The specific details of the placement and framework will be determined closer to its start. Ghassani’s work will involve the following:1. Review the approved research investigations conducted in BCE schools over the past five years (2018-2023 from the research project folder). 2. Co-develop an official framework (especially aligned to the new Education strategy) to capture the positive impacts of research investigations according to the BCE Education: Strategy, Policy, and Innovation (ESPI) portfolios (e.g., impacts ondeep learning, wellbeing, teaching innovations, positive pedagogies, and leading learning).3. Develop a summary/report by the end of the internship period for BCE ESPI (and potentiallyother internal stakeholders), capturing the impacts from reviewing the published research investigations according to the key education areas of inquiry.4. Benchmarking for other Australian dioceses (beyond Brisbane) for their research investigation protocols for engaging with schools. Overall, the proposed project aims to review published work that has resulted from approved research investigations conducted via BCE schools, analyse the research impacts, and develop a summary/report that aligns with the BCE Education strategy for relevant stakeholders
