Description

The creation of a new subject is challenging and a bit daunting. For a third year subject I want it to include new challenges without being repetitive of prior learning. To find the balance between theoretical (lectures and tutorials) and practical (simulated learning environment) learning is a challenge. There is always a temptation to deliver 'too much' and overwhelm the students. After the delivery next semester I will be able to evaluate and improve on the content and delivery.
As a new employee of CSU where I am still figuring out the organisation and support functions, it is sometimes overwhelming.
