Objective: This scoping review aims to map the literature concerning the pharmacological interventions for Australasian paramedics in managing Acute Cardiogenic Pulmonary Oedema. Introduction: Acute cardiogenic pulmonary oedema (ACPO) is a well-known medical emergency seen by paramedics. There are ten emergency paramedic services in Australia and New Zealand (Australasia), referred to as jurisdictional ambulance services (JASs). All ten JASs in Australasia produce their clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). With differing approaches to their review and implementation of new evidence, there is an opportunity for differences to arise between guidelines. This scoping review will identify the differences in the pharmacological management of prehospital ACPO within the Australasian ambulance services, review the available evidence for the management of ACPO in paramedicine, and weigh this against current practice in Australasia. Inclusion Criteria: This scoping review will include literature examining the paramedic management of patients with acute cardiogenic pulmonary oedema, focusing on the pharmacological agents used in the prehospital care setting. This scoping review was conducted following the JBI methodology
