It has been a great pleasure to mentor Dr Shamsul Haque and witness his outstanding achievements, growth and success. Facilitating him with his first promotion application (from B to C) was a gratifying experience, and I am pleased to see his sincere hard work, trustworthiness and commitment to grow and achieve success pay off. Many congratulations to Shamsul on his successful promotion, a very well-deserved outcome.

Indeed, it has been an honour to guide Dr Haque on this complex and rewarding journey. I am looking forward to collaborating with him on a future project and contributing toward inspiring and impactful outcomes.
