    Description

I attended this webinar as I was interested in developing my understanding of the changes that have occurred in assessment due to the move to online learning during the pandemic.
I learned that there are many techniques for making assessments more authentic and engaging that are relevant beyond the pandemic - for example the use of scenarios and case studies to assess whether students can apply their theoretical knowledge to a different situation and how well they can link the concepts.
I would like to get more involved in the creation of assessments with my Subject Convenors as I believe that this makes the assessment more fair for students as well as creating transferable skills they can take into the workplace.
