Quality Assurance Officer:

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer for the School of Marketing and Management, I actively support improvements to learning and teaching quality. I regularly review multiple subject outlines and ensure the following aspects:
a.Subject information is clearly presented to students;
b.There is an alignment between Intended Learning Outcomes and subject assessment;
c.Ensuring that communication protocols are clearly stated;
d.Examine the substantive content of each assessment as per university standards;
e.Checking that assessment weighting is correct and in accordance with School policy;
f.The requirements for passing a subject are clearly stated;
g.Ensuring that assessment turnaround is in accordance with School policy;
h.Communicating any issues/discrepancies with subject outline authors.
