Teach to impact Knowledge to motivate students to facilitate problem-solving, and become critical thinkers

Description

In 2021, I will teach the following subjects: BMS229 Histopathology 1 BMS337, BMS105 Session 30 and Session 60 Science Communication and Methodology. BMS511-Session 30 Processes of Pathology BMS132, Medical Science Communication and Methods, BMS139 Pathology specimen collection, BMS258 Histopathology 1, BMS259 Practical Histopathology. BMS260 Histopathology 2 BMS423 Case Based Learning in Medical Sciences. BMS291 Pathophysiology & Pharmacology, BMS552 Molecular Pathology

I will be taking actions that include continuously working with educational designers to improve my convene subjects. An example was providing pre-recorded lectures and getting students to engage more extensively in tutorials lessons. This has been very useful this year. In addition, I have significantly embedded, well-organised YouTube videos linked to all topics and case studies. The students find it very useful, as it is based on some of the written feedback from previous years.
