Unconscious Bias and Inclusivity
Unconscious Bias and Inclusivity is a 90 minute online program facilitated by Charles Sturt’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team.

However, unconscious bias can our limit acceptance of diversity and lead to non-inclusive behaviours and practices. This can be overcome by creating awareness of how our unconscious biases impact others and employing strategies to create inclusive workplaces where staff feel they that they belong. Topics include:

This training will give participants valuable insight into behaviours, attitudes and practices to help cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
