As a public company, limited by guarantee. The Board of the United Protestant Association of New South Wales is elected by the members. People become members of UPA when they personally commit to the objectives of UPA and seek approval of either the Board or a Regional Executive to become a member. The Board, Regional Executives and sub-committees contribute their skills and experiences at a senior level on a voluntary basis. They bring varied skills, particularly competencies necessary to find funding, develop strategic plans and other important aspects of keeping the organisation financially viable and running smoothly.
