DescriptionWabiSabie is designed to be a global portal for a range of online and direct delivery services associated with the end of life processes. This portal will monetise the technology and deliver recurring revenues as membership develops. However, the primary challenge for WabiSabie is to find a way to grow its business and increase its membership.
To do this, WabiSabie needs to: 1) understand the target markets’ perceptions of its product and online interface and 2) identify appropriate channels for promotion and communication.
The purpose of this project is to explore and understand how social networks and creative design can enhance a market’s response to on an online network service called WabiSabie. WabiSabie is an online service which enables users to inform family, friends and colleagues of their death, in a simple and efficient way. This reduces the burden on loved ones and enables those informed to respond in a timely, respectful and meaningful manner and provide comfort to those left behind. However, the primary challenge for WabiSabie is to find a way to understand it market and needs of its membership.
