Library staff at Charles Sturt University were challenged by a highly manual system for processing interlibrary loans. It was taking as long as two months to fill a request. When the National Library of Australia announced it was decommissioning LADD, the Library implemented Ex Libris Rapido. With Rapido, CSU has since been filling over 90% of requests within 24 hours.
