Description

In this month’s show we address the issue of sustainability and libraries. We’re joined by Sabine Wardle, Jane Garner and Kasey Garrison, researchers from Charles Sturt University, and public librarians Rachel D’Arcy (Brimbank Libraries) and Jess Anderson (Goulburn Valley Libraries), who help us unpack what we mean by sustainability, and why the concept is relevant to libraries. They also tell us about some of the inspiring sustainable programs and practices libraries are undertaking, and how libraries can be more sustainable in the future.
