Thriving with ADHD: Stories of Female Leaders
Welcome to a special 5-part series "Thriving with ADHD: Stories of Female Leaders". This week
we are joined by Dr. Oli Sophie Meredith (she/they). Oli is an autistic and ADHD non-binary
woman originally from England. Oli is public health academic at Charles Sturt University, a reiki
master, poet and yogi. Oli is currently leading a project “Hiding or Thriving: The Lived
Experiences and Coping Strategies of Women and Gender Diverse people with ADHD. We
discuss world travels from Cambodia to Australia, how her own chronic illness changed the
course of her life and instilled a deep passion for self-care. This is a wonderful discussion about
the exhaustion of trying to follow a neurotypical path, about leadership and the joy of taking the
mask off.
