Description of Data
Photographic images were collected for Chardonnay (Chard), Sauvignon Blanc (SauvBlanc), Shiraz and Merlot bunches from a vineyard in Wagga Wagga (NSW) for analysis in January-February 2019 (i.e., six consecutive weeks). After photographing, the bunches were removed for laboratory analysis with the DyostemTM. The phone app and desktop version algorithm (i.e., Gamma and illumination correction methods) were used to analyse the bunches for hue and volume distributions and were compared with the DyostemTM laboratory results as the reference.
