    Impact summary

The social work profession has a fraught history in regards to preserving as well as abusing human rights. There is a need for the profession to have clear ethical and value frameworks to ensure we do not make the same mistakes. To contribute to clarifying these frameworks, I co-published an article detailing social work roles Nazi Germany and how a human rights framework is necessary so that social workers do not facilitate human rights abuses. This research was cited in an entry for an international encyclopedia, which is essential for documenting and disseminating relevant knowledge.
