Dr Manning has an extensive career in local and state government, the community sector and academia, and is a senior practitioner that has worked across diverse portfolios and issues. Andrew has acquired a substantial body of experience in planning, regional development, project management, research, policy development and analysis, and service delivery. His academic qualifications have been achieved in Social Science, Public Policy and Management.
