Research Interests

I am a full time PhD student with the Ageing Well in Rural and Regional Australia Research Group. My project is exploring organisational culture and cultures of care in the aged care sector, from the perspective of registered nurses, in regional and rural Australia. My supervisors are Professor Karen Francis, Associate Professor Marguerite Bramble and Dr Holly Randell- Moon.
