Experienced health service manager, leader and evaluator with a passion for social justice, equity and addressing the social determinants of health. Deborah is currently employed as Senior Evaluation Advisor with the Department of Regional NSW, leading the evaluation of programs aiming to improve the wellbeing and social outcomes of those living in rural, regional and remote communities. 

Deborah's PhD (Public Health) research focused on the adaptation of child health service models for rural and other diverse settings, resulting in the development of a framework (CASCADeS_ and toolkit to support collaborative community co-design. 

In her role as Director Service Integration and Evaluation with Tresillian, Deborah worked with health and interagency partners to enhance services and systems to meet with multifaceted needs of families and communities. 

Deborah has previously held positions including Director of Clinical Services and Director Professional Development, Clinical Education and Research. These positions have enabled Deborah to develop initiatives in partnership with other organisations, promote interprofessional practice and development organisational research capacity building programs
