The Revd Dr Geoff Broughton is Senior Lecturer in Practical Theology and Research Fellow for the Public and Contextual Theology Research Cenrtre both located within Charles Sturt University; Principal, Pastoral Supervision Australia; and Associate, Institute for Pastoral Supervision and Reflective Practice, United Kingdom ; and a board member of the Australasian Associaiton of Supervisors.

Geoff has extensive experience in both the Anglican Church and the university sectors working with high performing leaders and teams, facilitating a wide range of leadership and management and is author of the first Australian book in pastoral supervision published by Routledge in 2021. Geoff has taught various courses in Australia and the USA in Christology, youth ministry, popular culture, ethics and Christian theology. Through St Mark's Geoff is also involved in clergy training, formation and supervision for a number of Anglican dioceses across Australia.
