Dr Geoff Currie is:
- Convenor of the 50th Annual Scientific Meeting of the ANZSNM in Sydney 24-26th April 2020.
- Co-founder and Vice President of RAINS.
- International Consulting Editor of the Journal of Nuclear Medicine Technology (JNMT), USA.
- Deputy Editor of the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Science (JMIRS), Canada.
- Member of the ANSTO Health Advisory board.
- In 2019 was Executive Advisory Board Member and Continuous Education Committee Vice Chair, the 13th AOCNMB, Shanghai, China.
- In 2017/2018 was Co-Chair, Technologist Track, Scientific Committee WFNMB Congress.

- Co-founder, Vice-President and Treasurer for RAINS

- Convenor of the annual RAINS conference

Geoff has a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Masters Degree in Medical Radiation Science (nuclear medicine), a Masters Degree in Applied Management (health), a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Geoff has broad research and teaching interests across the medical radiation sciences and, indeed, health generally with more than 145 peer reviewed journal papers, 5 books (editor), 145+ conference presentations and a reviewer for 25 international journals.
