Joe is a former Ambulance Service Chief Executive with more than 32 years professional experience in Canada and Australia. Joe was a CSU Senior Lecture in Paramedicine at Bathurst and Port Macquarie from 2010-2016 and has been an Adjunct Senior Lecture and Sessional Academic and part time researcher since then.
