Jenny is the Academic Lead for Sessional Staff Support.in CSU School of Education & School of Teacher Education. Jenny has been employed by CSU since 2009, when she was employed as a lecturer in Bachelor of Education (Birth – Five) and the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood & Primary). She has had extensive experience as a teacher and director in early childhood settings, in both Australia and overseas.

She has presented in state and national conferences, and has researched and written about the pedagogical role and involvement of teachers and educators to support young children’s play, learning and development in early childhood settings. Her research questions what we want young children to learn, and how educators and teachers play with young children to enhance young children’s conceptual knowledge and learning outcomes.
