Associate Professor Koshila Kumar, PhD, SFHEA, FANZAHPE is the Director of the Charles Sturt University Teaching Academy. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and support for academic development/ staff development in learning and teaching at Charles Sturt University. Koshila is an experienced faculty developer, educator and qualitative researcher, and is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Association for Health Professional Educators (ANZAHPE). From 2017 to 2023, Koshila was on the national board of ANZAHPE. She holds an adjunct academic appointment with Flinders University.
