Personal profile

Personal profile

My work concentrates on Child and adolescent health, the transition between child and adult healthcare systems, the provision of developmentally appropriate care for children and adolescents, and decreasing children’s stress and anxiety within different healthcare settings. I usually focus on the needs of children and adolescents with chronic conditions and complex healthcare needs, their parents, and the systems of care that support them. I work to make these systems more responsive to this population’s needs, more flexible, and more integrated. I also have a general interest in some professional issues within nursing and the healthcare systems in general
