Nicole McGill is an Adjunct Research Associate at Charles Sturt University. Nicole has a background in speech pathology and her research interests include waiting lists, healthcare service delivery and access, rural health workforce issues, natural history of communication disorders, and children’s speech and language development. Nicole was named on a NSW Health Translational Research Grant (2017-2019; $291,236), and was the recipient of Speech Pathology Australia’s Nadia Verrall Memorial Research Grant in 2018. She has published journal articles in high-impact international journals and presented her research at conferences both nationally and internationally. Previous academic roles include guest lecturer, tutor, marker, and research assistant.
