Peter is a Lecturer in Management in the School of Business and a Research Affiliate at the AI and Cyber Futures Institute at Charles Sturt University.
Peter is committed to high-quality teaching and research with over nine years of teaching experience both in Australia and Ghana in the capacity of Lecturer and Subject/Unit Coordinator developing and updating subject curriculum with a keen interest in providing excellent learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Before joining Charles Sturt University, Peter previously taught Project Integration and Procurement Management among other subjects to postgraduate students at Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Western Australia, where he also graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management and Commerce in 2024.
His outstanding research outputs and fast-growing international research profile has earned him various research grants including the prestigious and generous Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship in 2019 for his doctoral studies, and the ECU-Fuji Xerox Higher Degree by Research Excellence Award.
Peter’s current research explores the role of purchasing strategies in driving innovation among supply chain, blockchain ecosystem governance in agrifood supply chain, supply networks, regional development, and digital transformation. Peter’s high-impact research has appeared in reputable international journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment; International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management; International Journal of Manpower; Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly; Journal of Public Affairs, Public Organization Review; and Resources, Conservation & Recycling.
