Tarni Nelson is an academic and clinical Diagnostic Radiographer and is currently involved in research at Charles Sturt University.
Tarni's background is a clinical radiographer, with years of experience within the Australian public healthcare sector, as well as working within the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. Her area of speciality lies in Computed Tomography particularly in trauma, cardiac and paediatric radiography.
Tarni's primary research interests lie within the area of environmental sustainability in radiology. Alongside her main interests in sustainability in healthcare, she is working within the Scholarship of Learning and Teaching sphere, where she has developed and implemented both a podcast and escape rooms to her undergraduate cohort as novel pedagogical techniques.
