Vi is a Lecturer in the School of Information Studies, where she brings her diverse academic background to the role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Can Tho University, a Master's degree in Information Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and a PhD in Information Technology from Monash University. 

Before joining Charles Sturt University in 2023, Vi gained valuable knowledge and experience as an Assistant Lecturer at Monash University and as a sessional tutor at The University of Melbourne. Since 2018, she has been teaching numerous subjects in the fields of IM, IS, CS, and DS, with a primary focus on investigating the societal implications of digital technologies.
