The aim of this award is to enable attendance at the American Society for Microbiology Conference for Undergraduate Educators, known as ASMCUE.
The recipient receives a certificate given at the ASM’s National Scientific Meeting’s award ceremony, up to $3,000 in travel expenses to attend the ASMCUE and full conference registration to ASMCUE.
The recipient is expected to present a poster or oral presentation at ASMCUE.
