Capacity development for spatial planning as a key component of water resources management in Indonesia

Prize: GrantSuccessful

Description

This project creates the opportunity to develop knowledge and capacity building in Indonesia to assist with freshwater management at the catchment level, considering current and future challenges posed by climate change. This will be achieved by creating an accurate location inventory of current river infrastructure applicable to a wide range of water management needs, including irrigation, inland fisheries, aquaculture, and energy production.
