"Developing a Contemporary Definition of Family Nursing Using Scoping Review and Focus Group Methodologies” aims to create an up-to-date, succinct definition of family nursing that can be used by IFNA and its partners to advance the mission of IFNA. Specifically, we will contribute to the understanding of the mission statement, which states the term “family nursing” three times, but does not define the term. This project addresses the need to articulate the meaning of “family nursing” internally and externally to assist with IFNA serving as a “unifying force and voice” globally.
